  Seems they're under new management. This USED TO be my favorite place to buy, upgrade, etc. Today's experience was SO BAD I will likely never set foot in there again. Joking with an employee I was told I was rude, then ignored. The final straw was when I was told I'd have to produce an ID to use the discount I receive through work to purchase a phone charger.

  In the era of tough competition, this facility is TOPS in customer service. Bryan, Greg and Nick bring friendliness, techie knowledge and helpfulness to a whole new level! I am never reluctant to ask questions or seek help! They are the best!
