  They refused to honor their own quote! They gave me a written quote and then refused to honor it, saying they made an error on the granite price. (which by the way was right in line with other quotes I received) They expected me to just hand them over 600.00 more than the original price. I'm in business and if I made a mistake like that I would still honor it. But their word and written sales quote was useless. They wasted three weeks of my time because I had to find another installer, which by the way was Belisle Granite in Hooksett, who did a beautiful job for even less money than the original quote from Merrimack Stone! Also, they were very disorganized and didn't know what other employees were working on. Really bad at follow up phone calls and emails. STAY AWAY unless you want a similar experience.

  Had a granite countertop installed & couldn't be happier! The employees at Merrimack Stone are top notch & do a wonderful job, they are very professional, clean & extremely respectful. I am so happy with my new kitchen. Thank you Alex & Cody!

  Merrimack Stone has a beautiful selection of stone - and you can see the entire slab or remnant before purchasing so you can get a much better idea of what it will look like in your home before purchasing! We are in the process of doing countertops in 3 bathrooms and the kitchen and feel that the staff has gone out of their way to accommodate our needs and treat us fairly. The stone is lovely and competitively priced. Thanks for a great home improvement experience!
