  I have never had a more positive experience purchasing jewelry. Matt and the rest of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They showed us the products we wanted in our price range, were professional and showed us how to combine sales offers to get the best bang for our buck. I've already told so many folks to drive up there to visit Matt & the other staff. Great experience and would definitely go back!

  My friend has paid 11,000 total out of pocket to Kay Jewelers, for a ring that's appraising at 3200, with 4000 being full retail value. They were told they were getting a great deal with all these promotions and the lab they use, isn't even a real lab. The only real lab is GIA, not GSI. They took this ring to two different GIA educated gemologists/appraisers and they both said the same thing. They got scammed and the certificate they got when they bought it, had incorrect diamond grades listed. They had a diamond that is I1 and they were told it was SI2. Ladies, get your rings appraised and call corporate to get your money back. False advertising. It's not legal.
